Something wrong with a photo, credits or your plan? Use Feedback in the app — it attaches your device and app version for us — or email us. Add the photo ID (it looks like #1760-K3F9A) and we can help faster.

Email hello@alaz.pro — ALAZ Software reads every message. We usually answer within one business day. It helps to include your device model, its iOS or Android version, the app version (shown in the app's settings) and, if something went wrong, what you were doing and a screenshot.

Generating a photo and downloading it cost credits; the price is shown before you confirm. Plans add credits every billing period, and credits never expire while your account exists. A failed generation refunds its credits automatically.

Email hello@alaz.pro with the photo ID and what the institution said. We'll regenerate it free of charge. Always check the institution's current photo rules before you submit.

Download the PDF print sheet and print it at 100% (“actual size”), without “fit to page”, then cut along the dashed lines.

Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, open the app's purchase screen and tap “Restore purchases”. If it still doesn't show up, email us the store receipt (the order number from Apple's or Google's email) and we'll look into it.

Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone or iPad go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or open App Store subscriptions; on Android open Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. If something in the app didn't work as it should, tell us as well — we want to fix it.
