Delete Account.

This page explains how to delete your Passport.AI account and the data linked to it, made by ALAZ Software. You can do it inside the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.

Save any photos you still need to your phone first, and cancel an active plan in the App Store or Google Play. Remaining credits are lost and can't be moved to another account.

• 1. Open the Account tab and tap your profile card.
• 2. Scroll to Danger zone and tap Delete my account.
• 3. Tick “I understand credits and photos can't be recovered.” and confirm. If you haven't signed in recently, the app asks you to sign in again first.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in your App Store account settings or Google Play subscriptions.

If you can't use the app, send a request to hello@alaz.pro from the email address you signed in with (or tell us which address and sign-in method you used). We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your account: email address, name and sign-in method.
• Every photo — the uploaded source images and the generated photos — and their settings, from our storage.
• Your credit balance and credit history, and your plan status with us.

• Subscriptions and purchase records. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep the transaction history they need for billing, refunds and tax law. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a plan.
• Feedback you sent (with any screenshot), up to 24 months after we handled it. Ask us by email to delete it sooner.
• Server logs, up to 30 days.
• Copies on your device — photos saved to your gallery, PDF files and the app's cache — until you delete them or the app.

Deleting in the app takes effect immediately and can't be undone. Requests by email are completed within 30 days.

To remove your photos but keep your account and credits, delete single photos from your library, or use Delete all photos to clear the whole library and its stored images.
