Delete Account.

This page explains how to delete your Market Hours: Forex & Stocks account and the data linked to it, made by ALAZ Software. You can do it inside the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.

An account is optional. If you never created one, there is nothing to delete on our side: your alarms and settings are only on your phone and are removed when you uninstall the app.

• 1. Open Settings and, under Account, tap the account row (it shows your email address).
• 2. Tap Delete account.
• 3. Confirm it's you — enter your password, or confirm with Google — and tap Delete for good. For an email-link account, if you signed in more than 5 minutes ago, we email you a confirmation link: open it on the same phone and the account is deleted.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in your App Store account settings or Google Play subscriptions.

If you can't use the app, send a request to hello@alaz.pro from the email address you signed in with (or tell us which address and sign-in method you used). We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your account: email address, user ID and sign-in method.
• The link between your purchases and your account on this phone (the app returns to an anonymous ID).

• Subscriptions and purchase records. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep the transaction history they need for billing, refunds and tax law. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Alarms and settings on your phone, until you uninstall the app or clear its data.

Deleting in the app takes effect immediately (or as soon as you open the confirmation link) and can't be undone. Requests by email are completed within 30 days.
