Email hello@alaz.pro — ALAZ Software reads every message. We usually answer within two business days. It helps to include your device model, its iOS or Android version, the app version (shown in the app's settings) and, if something went wrong, what you were doing and a screenshot.

Allow notifications for Market Hours and, on Android, “Alarms & reminders” (exact alarms) in your device settings. Exclude the app from battery optimization, and check do-not-disturb and the app's quiet hours. Without exact alarms, Android may deliver an alarm up to a minute late.

Tell us which market, the date and what you expected. Exchange calendars change, and we fix reported errors quickly. Always confirm times with your broker before trading.

Sign in with the same account on both devices, or use “Restore purchases” with the same App Store or Google Play account.

Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, open the app's purchase screen and tap “Restore purchases”. If it still doesn't show up, email us the store receipt (the order number from Apple's or Google's email) and we'll look into it.

Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone or iPad go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or open App Store subscriptions; on Android open Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. If something in the app didn't work as it should, tell us as well — we want to fix it.
