Email hello@alaz.pro — ALAZ Software reads every message. We usually answer within two business days. It helps to include your device model, its iOS or Android version, the app version (shown in the app's settings) and, if something went wrong, what you were doing and a screenshot.

Sign in with the same account (email, Google or Apple) on the new device and your notes sync automatically. Notes made without an account stay on the old device: sign in there first so they move to your account.

Allow notifications for Simple Note in your device settings. On Android, also allow “Alarms & reminders” so reminders fire on the minute, and exclude the app from battery optimization.

Choose to reset the PIN on the lock screen. If you are signed in, confirm with your account; without an account, confirm with your device's biometrics.

Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, open the app's purchase screen and tap “Restore purchases”. If it still doesn't show up, email us the store receipt (the order number from Apple's or Google's email) and we'll look into it.

Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone or iPad go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or open App Store subscriptions; on Android open Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. If something in the app didn't work as it should, tell us as well — we want to fix it.
