You can also use Send feedback in the app; it lets you attach screenshots.

Email hello@alaz.pro — ALAZ Software reads every message. We answer in English or Turkish, usually within two business days. It helps to include your device model, its iOS or Android version, the app version (shown in the app's settings) and, if something went wrong, what you were doing and a screenshot.

Connect platforms in the app's settings. Exchanges need read-only API keys; cTrader signs in through Spotware; MetaTrader uses the SetupBook Expert Advisor with a one-time token. If a sync stops, check the connection's status and error message, and write to us with it.

Sign in at setupbook.io with the same account: everything you record syncs between the app and the web.

Sign in to the same App Store or Google Play account you bought with, open the app's purchase screen and tap “Restore purchases”. If it still doesn't show up, email us the store receipt (the order number from Apple's or Google's email) and we'll look into it.

Subscriptions are managed by the store: on iPhone or iPad go to Settings › your name › Subscriptions, or open App Store subscriptions; on Android open Google Play › profile › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions, or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.

Payments are handled by Apple and Google, so refunds are too: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com or through Google Play. If something in the app didn't work as it should, tell us as well — we want to fix it.

See how to delete your SetupBook account — in the app or by email — and what happens to your data.
