Delete Account.

This page explains how to delete your Simple Note account and the data linked to it, made by ALAZ Software. You can do it inside the app, or ask us by email if you no longer have the app.

If you never signed in, your notes belong to an anonymous account on this device: delete them and empty the trash in the app, or sign in first and then delete the account.

Export the notes you want to keep (in Settings › Data) and cancel an active Pro subscription in the App Store or Google Play.

• 1. Open Settings and, in the Account section, tap Account & devices.
• 2. Tap Delete account (shown once you are signed in).
• 3. Confirm with Delete account. If you signed in a long time ago, the app asks you to sign in again first.

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in your App Store account settings or Google Play subscriptions.

If you can't use the app, send a request to hello@alaz.pro from the email address you signed in with (or tell us which address and sign-in method you used). We may ask you to confirm the request from that address. We complete it within 30 days and confirm by email.

• Your account: email address, display name and sign-in method.
• Every note you own, with its versions, sharing history, reminders and invitations.
• Your settings (including the note lock PIN hash) and your device list.
• Your membership of notes others shared with you (the notes stay with their owners).

• Subscriptions and purchase records. Apple, Google and RevenueCat keep the transaction history they need for billing, refunds and tax law. Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription.
• Leftover technical records linked to the account are removed within 30 days.
• Analytics and crash data already collected (which never contains note content), until it expires: up to 14 months and 90 days.
• Copies on your device and files you exported, until you delete them or the app.

Deleting in the app takes effect immediately and can't be undone. Requests by email are completed within 30 days.

Delete individual notes (they go to the trash and are erased after 30 days, or right away if you empty the trash), or sign out a device from Account & devices to remove its data from your device list.
